CHASE ONE ..3A TON PICK —UP TRUCK AND _ ONE 32 FOOT CROWIS
NEST ROTATING AERIAL LADDER FOR. USE BY THE ELECTRIC -
DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROGKy
ARKANSASt
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorised
and directed to advertise, take bids for and purchase one (1) 3/4 ton
pick—up truck and one (1) 32 foot crow's neat rotating aerial ladder
for use by the Electric Department of the City of Little Rock,
SECTION 29 The cost of such track shall not exceed the sum
of $4450.00 and the cost of such ladder shall not exceed the sum
of $925.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
