AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 127
WHEREAS, parties claiming to be the owners of two - thirds
(2 /3rds) in assessed value of the property located within the terri-
tory hereinafter described have filed a petition praying that an
improvement district be established for the purpose hereinafter
set out and that the cost thereof be assessed and charged against
the real property within said district.
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the City Uouncil
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all parties desiring
to be heard and has ascertained that said petition was signed by
two- thirds (2 /3rds) in assessed value of the owners of real property
within said territory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established an improvement district em-
bracing the following property:
Lots 7 to 18,
Lots 8 to 17,
Lots 7 to 18,
Lots 6 to 19,
All of Blocks
Half of Block
Addition to tl
inclusive, Block 37;
inclusive, Block 42;
inclusive, Block 45;
inclusive, Block 49;

ze 6ity of Little Rock,
for the purpose of building a sanitary sewer system therein.
Said district shall be known as-Sewer Improvement District
No. 127 , and Rev. T., G. Sims, J. C. Turner and Will Gray are hereby
nwed commissioners, who shall compose the board of improvement for
said district.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
