9635• ORDINANCE NO. 9635 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING, FOR VARIOUS USES, PORTIONS OF THAT AREA LYING WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, BEING BOUNDED ON THE NORTH BY LEE. AVENUE, ON THE EAST BY SOUTH VAI.1d1AR, COLONIAL COURT, AND CRYSTAL COURT, ON THE SOUTH BY WEST ELEVENTH STREET, AND ON THE WEST BY HAYES STREET; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That the west one half of Block Two (2), Strong and Waters Addition; the south one half of Blocks One (1) and Two (2), Oak Grove Addition; Blocks Ten (10), Thirteen (13), and the south one half of Sixteen (16) and Seventeen (17), Pfeifer's Addition; Blocks One (1), Four (4), Five (5), and the east one half of Blocks Two (2), Three (3), and Six (6), Glendale Addition; the north one half of Thalheimer Subdivision of Block Seven (7), Glendale Addition; the north one half of Blankenship Subdivision'of Block Eight (8), Glendale Blocks.One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and the north one half Pinehuret Addition; Blocks One (1), Two (2), Three (3) Twelve (12) through Sixteen (16) thereof and Block Four pt lots Fourteen (14) and Fifteen (15) thereof, Riffel and Rhoton Ridgeland'Addition; lots One (1) through Twelve (12), Lydia Dice's Addition; lots One (1) through Twelve (12), Cantrell Place; east one half of Block Five (5), all of Blocks Six (6) -and Eleven (11):, . east one half of Block Twelve (12), the west one half of Two (2), Seven (7), and Ten (10) and lots One (1) through Twelve (12), Block Three (3), Plateau Addition; the west one half of Blocks Two (2) and Three (3), and lots One (1) through Five (5), Block Six (6), Heiseman's Addition; East one half of Blocks Two (2), Three (3), and Six (6), and Block One (1) and Four (4) and Five (5), Reyburn and Wrights Addition; Blocks Three (3), Four (4) Five (5), Six (6), and the north one half of eleven (11) and T".1ve (12), Forest Hill Addition; Blocks One (1), Two (2), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10) and the north one (11) half of Eleven/ and Six (6), Jansen's Addition; the north one half of . z 2 - Heckler's Subdivision of Jansen's Addition; Blocks One (1) through Four (4) and the north one half of Five (5) and Six (6) , Riffel and Rhoton Addition; Blocks One (1) through Four (4), Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16), the north one half of Seventeen (17) and the east one half of Five (5) and Fourteen (14), Cunningham's Addition; certain portions having been heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District, "C" Two - Family District, ' 'D" Apartment District, "F" Com- mercial District and "H" Business District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, are hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same are hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance. SECTION 2. That Block One (1) and the east one half of Two (2), Strong and Waters Addition; Blocks Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), Pfeifer's Addition, the south one half of Thalheimer Subdivision of Block Seven (7), Glendale Addition; and the south one half of Blanken- ship Subdivision of Block Eight (8), Glendale Addition; and the west one half of Blocks Five (5) and Twelve (12) of Plateau Addition; and Vest one half of Block Two (2) and Block Three (3), and Block Six (6), Reyburn and Wrigh is Addition; certain portions having been heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District, "C" Two- Family District, "D" Apartment District, and "E" Apartment District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, are hereby rezoned and reclassified and the sane are hereby declared to be in "D" Apartment District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance. SECTION 3. That lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block Seven (7), lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), Block Eight (8), Pfeifer's Addition; the south one half of Block Four (4), Pinehurst Addition; lots Twelve (12) through Sixteen (16), Block Three (3) and lots Fourteen (14) and Fifteen (15), Block Four (4), Riffel and Rhoton Ridgeland Addition; Block Four (4) and lots Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14), Block Three (3), Plateau Addition; and lots Twenty -four (24) through twenty -six (26) in Block Two, Orlando Heights Subdivision of lot Ten (10), Howard Adams and R. D. Plunkett's Subdivision; certain portions having been heretofore classi- fied and zoned as "B" Residence District and "F" Commercial District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, are hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same are hereby declared to be in 'IF" Commercial . . . . - 3 - District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance. SECTION 4. That the remainder of the area within the afore- said bounds is hereby retained in or reasoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in sB* Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420. SECTION 5. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby anended to permit the reclassification and rezoning of that property as outlined in Sections 1 through 4 hereof.
