ORDINANCE NO. 9636
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS ELEVEN (11) AND TWELVE (12) , ORDINANCE
NO. 5420, PROVIDING FOR BUILDING LINES LESS THAN TWENTY FIVE FEET (259
ON SUBDIVISION PLATS APPROVED BY THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Sections eleven (11) and twelve (12), Ordinance
No. 5420 be amended by addition of the following to the front yard
requirements of each section:
and provided, further that in case of a subdivision
having been approved by the City Planning Commission
and recorded with a front building line less than
that required by this section, then the requirements
of this section shall be waived and said recorded
building line shall be accepted.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
