AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING TEAT THE RADIUS OF ELM STREET
BETWEBN 23RD AND 24TH STREETS JUST OFF THE ENTRANCE.
TO 23RD STREET SHALL BE 29.2 FEET, THAT THE PROVISIONS
OF ORDINANCE NO. 3939 SHALL BE WAIVED THERETO, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS,
ARKANSAS:

'MIMION 1. That the radius ofI a street between 23rd
and 24th Streets just off the entrance to 23rd Street be 29.2
feet, and that the provisions of Ordinance No. 3939 be waited
thereto.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
In conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinarme
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
