AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $175.00 TO PAY
THE BKPENBES OF MARVIN H. POTTS, CHIEF OF THE LITTLE
ROCK POLICE DLPARTMEST, WHILE ATTENDING THE INTESNA-
TIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CHIEFS OF POLICE CONFERENCE TO
BE HELD IN NEW ORLEANS., LOi�IS FOR SOTHSR PURPOSES.
THROUGH sEPT�ER 30, 951.E AND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. That the sum of One Hundred Seventy Five
0175.00) Dollars be and it is hereby appropriated to pay the
expenses of Marvin H. Potts, Chief of the Little R®ck Police
Department, While attending the International Association of
Chiefs of Police Conference to be held in New Orleans,
Louisiana, September 26 through September 30, 1954 -
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City
of Little Rock are hereby authorized and directed to issue the
City +s warrant in the sum of One Hundred seventy -Five ($175.00)
o la rs for the payment of said expenses in this Matter.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
