AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING A SUM OF MONEY NOT TO EX-
CEM $500.00 TO BE PAID FROM THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION
FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF
ADVANCE COURT COSTS AND TITLE CERTIFICATES IN ALL
CONDITION PROCEEDINGS INSTITUTED BY THE CITY AT-
TORHEY TO CONDEMN PROPERTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF
CONSTRUCTING THE RIVER FRONT DRIVE, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TBZ ,= OF IZ TILE ROCKS
SECTION 1. That a sum of money not to exceed Five Hundred
($508.00) Dollars is hereby appropriated, from the Highway Con-
struction Fund, to pay the expenses of advance court costs and
title certificates in all condemnation proceedings instituted
by the City Attorney to condemn property for the purpose of
constructing the River Front Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the City Attorney shall obtain receipts
for all court costs or title certificates incurred. Upon
presenting such receipts to the City Clerk of the City of Little
Rock, the City Attorney shall be reimbursed for such expenses
up to an amount not exceeding $500.00.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its pass-
age and approval.
