ORDINANCE N0. 9644
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE AND TAKE BIDS FOR THE
DEMOLITION AND SALT: OF THE BUILDINGS LOCATED ON THE
PROPOSED RIVER FRONT DRIVE IN ORDER THAT CONSTRUCTION
MlIY PROCEED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIN BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKAX"S
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorised and requested to advertise and take bids for the
demolition and sale to the highest and best bidder of the
buildings located on the proposed River Front Drive, Little
Rock, Arkansas, in order that construction of said River Front
Drive may proceed.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
*ad approval.
