AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF 042,500.00 TO
DEPOSIT IN THE PULASKI CIRCUIT COURT IN THE CASE OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK VS. JOHN H. RULE ET AL, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
k., SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum
of Forty -Two Thousand Five Hundred ($42,500.00) Dollars to pay
into the Pulaski Circuit Court in the case of the City of Lit-
tle Rock vs. John H. Rule et al.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby instructed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of
Forty -Two Thousand Five Hundred 042,500.00) Dollars into the
Pulaski Circuit Court, said money to be paid from the Highway
Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in 'conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
