AN ORDINANCE AMMINa A CERTAIN PORTION
OF 21E CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO
STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 599
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
pRIMS, parties claiming to be the owners of a majority or more in
assessed value of the real property located within the territory hereinafter
described, which property is contiguous to Street Improvement District No. 599
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a ftly created and existing improvement
district baye filed a petition praytp mat said territory be annexed to said

WHIM= s, after dus notice as required by law, the City Council of the
City of Little Hock, Arkansas, has heard all parties desiring to be heard, and
has ascertained that said petition was signed by more than two- thirds in assessed
value of the owners of real property within said territory:
NOW, Tom, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That the following described property in the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, to -wit:
Lobs 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 41;
Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, in Block 48;
All in Cherry a Cox Addition to L!_ttle Rock, Arkansas;
Lots 7 to 11, inclusive, in Block 1;
Lots 7 to 11, inclusive, in Block 2;
All in Forster's Subdivision of Lot 5, in Block 2,
Hyde Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
be and the same is hereby added to and annexed to Street Improvement District
No. 599 of,the City of Little Rock. Arkansas, and the commissioners of said
district shall proceed to make the improvements petitioned for by improving and
paving the following part of the following street in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, to -wit:
89W& Harrison Street from the south line, projected east,
of Lot 6, Block 40, Cherry $ Cox Addition to the City of
Little Bock, Arkansas, to the center line, extended west,
of Nest 24th Street, lying east of South Harrison Street;
in such manner and with such materials as the commissioners of said Street
Improvement District No. 599 shall determine to be for the best interest of
the territory hereby annexed, and the cost thereof in excess of any aid
received from any agency of the federal, state or city government shall be
assessed and charged upon the real property hereby annexed.
Section 2. That said annexed territory shall be known as Aanez No, 2'to
Street Improvement District No. 599 of the City of Little Bock, Arkansas.
Section j. That the Commissioners of said Street Isprewsmsnt District
No. 599 shall make the assessment of benefits for said improvements on the
lots, blocks or parcels of real property in the territory herein annexed on
the "ass basis as if said territory were included in the original Aistrict,
and shall file said assessments with the City Clerk.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in fall force
from and after its passage.
