AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAST PARAGRAPH OF SECTION
1002, DIVISION (a) GENERAL, GOVERNING CONSTRUCTION,
HEIGHTS AND AREA ALLOWABLE FOR GROUP E OCCUPANCIES
OF CHAPTER 10 OF ORDINANCE NO. 7888, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. That the last Paragraph of Section 1002, Divi-
sion (a) General of Chapter 10', governing Construction, Heights
and Area Allowable for Group E Occupancies of City Building Code
Ordinance No. 7888, be amended to read as followsc
" **For repair garages, luAper sheds, carbide storage
only. Planing mills, lumberyards, box factories,
woodworking and mattress factorieJermitted when One
Hundred (100 %) per'cent sprinkled."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
