AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $9,500.00 TO
DEPOSIT IN THE PULASKI CIRCUIT COURT IN THE CASE OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK VS. CHARLES COONLEY, ET AL,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of
Nine Thousand Five Hundred ($9,500.00) Dollars to pay into the
Pulaski Circuit Court in the case of the City of Little Rock
vs. Charles Coonley, et al.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
instructed to issue the Cityls warrant in the sum of Nine
Thousand Five Hundred ($9,500.00) Dollars into the Pulaski
Circuit Court, said money to be paid from the Highway Construc-
tion Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
