9683BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a lease on behalf of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas with the Riverside Insurance
Company of America for a period of ninety -nine (99) years,
beginning December 1, 1954, to the following described real
property, to -wit:
Part of Lots 4 and 5, Block 256, ORIGINAL CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, described as: Beginning at
a point 25.4 feet South of the Northwest corner of
Block 256, ORIGINAL CITY .OF LITTLE ROCK; thence
South along West line of Block 256, a distance of
39.6 feet; thence East a distance of 50 feet; thence
North parallel to Ringo Street, a distance of 22.5
feet; thence Northwesterly to point of beginning,
containing 1,552.5 square feet, more or less,
Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the consideration for the execution of
this lease by the City of Little Rock shall be an annual pay-
ment of Twenty -Five ($25.00) Dollars for a period of Five (5)
Years and thereafter for the annual payment of One ($1.00)
Dollar.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
