9709ORDINANCE NO. 9709
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES OF CERTAIN EMPLOYEES
IN THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE, REPEALING ALL OTHER ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the salaries of certain employees in the
City Clerk's office of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas are hereby
fixed and established on a calendar month basis as follows:
Assistant Executive Secretary $305.00 - 325.00
Secretary 255.00 - 275.00
Assistant Secretary 235-00 - 255-00
SECTION 2. That the salary range shall be on a schedule
as previously established for other employees and in compliance with
Ordinance No. 8663.
SECTION 3. That the employees covered by the provisions of
this ordinance shall be paid on a two week pay period basis as provided
in Section 2 of Ordinance No. 9465.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after January 1, 1955•
