AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING. THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00)
TO PAY P3YRICAhT SOCIETY OF PLANNING OFFICIALS FOR SUBSCRIPTION TO
PLANNING ADVISORY SERVICE AND ZONING DIGEST, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) is
hereby appropriated to pay American Society of Planning Officials
for subscription to Planning Advisory Service and Zoning Digest.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of two hundred
dollars ($200.00) to pay subscription costs as outlined in Section
1, hereof.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
