ORDINANCE NO. 9713
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $3,000.00 TO
PURCHASE FROM OWNER, FERN- LIMERICK, INC., ONE STEEL
AND IRONCLAD BUILDING., SIZE 1001 a 40t (ONE STORY),
LOCATED AT 422 WEST GARIAND STREET ON BLOCK 186,
ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTIE.ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKAN-
SAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Three Thousand ($3,000.00)
Dollars is hereby appropriated to purchase from the owner,
Kern - Limerick, Inc., one Steel and Ironclad Building, size
100 feet by 40 feet (one story), located at 422 West Garland
Street, the said property more particularly described as
follows:
Block 186, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, lying South of the right- ofwway of the
Missouri - Pacific Railroad Company and North of Garland
Street between Broadway and North Spring Streets.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the Cityts warrant in a sum
not to exceed Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars for the pur-
chase of said building, said money to be paid upon the
delivery of the building to the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conf list herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
