AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL SUM OF
$9,500.00 TO DEPOSIT IN THE PULASKI CIRCUIT COURT
IN THE CONDEMNATION ACTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK VS. MRS. ALBERTINE _ McNEIL, AND FOR OTBER PUR-
POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That there is hereby appropriated an addition-
al sum of Nine Thousand Five Hundred ($9,500.00) Dollars to pay
into the Pulaski Circuit Court in the condemnation action of
the City of Little Rock vs. Mrs. Albertine McNeil to condemn
the property at 321 North Cross Street, Little Rock, Arkansas,
described as:
A triangular parcel of land in the Southwest corner
of the North 70 feet of the West 75 feet of the South
150 feet of Block 357, Original City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, measuring 37.6 feet on the
West line and 35.0 feet on the South line.
SECTION 2. That the Mayer and the City Clerk are hereby

instructed to issue the City's warrant in the sum of Nine
Thousand Five Hundred ($9,500.00) Dollars into the Pulaski
Circuit Court, said money to be paid from the Highway Construc-
tion Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
