ORDINANCE NO. 9717
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,000.00 TO
PAY HARRY BALKE ENGINEERS FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING
SERVICE IN CONSTRUCTING THE RIVERFRONT DRIVE ADJACENT
TO THE OLD STATE CAPITOL.PROPERTY, AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dol-
lars is hereby appropriated to pay Harry Balke Engineers for
consulting engineering service in constructing the Riverfront
Drive adjacent to the Old State Capitol Property.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the City's warrant in a sum
not to exceed One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars, said money to
be paid from the Highway Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
