AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS
TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS AND CONTRACT FOR THE PRINT-
ING OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED BY THE CITY AS AUTHORIZED
IN THE GENERAL ELECTION HELD NOVEMBER 2, 1954; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized to advertise, take bids and award a contract for the
printing of bonds to be issued by the City of Little Rock as
authorized at the General Election held November 2, 1954, as
follows: 0",
$fi .5,000.00 General Obligation Garbage Disposal Plant
Bonds, and
$300,000.00 General Obligation Municipal Airport
Bonds.
said printing to be on specifications as may be required by the
City Clerk.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
