AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND
PURCHASE TWO (2) FOUR -WAY BEACON LIGHTS AND TWO
(2) MOTOR FLASHING SWITCHES FOR USE BY THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase two (2) four -way
beacon bights and two (2) motor flashing switches for use by the Police
Department of the City of Little Rock. Said beacon lights to be installed
at the inters-sections of Four enth and Rock Streets, and Eighth and
Battery Streets.
SECTION 2. The cost of such beacon lights and motor flashing
switches shall not exceed Four Hundred and 00 /100 ($400.00).
SECTION 3. AU ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby rep*aled , and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
