9727ORDINANCE NO. 9727 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING AUTOMOBILES UPON THE STREETS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, BY AN OPERATOR OR EMPLOYEE OF A PARKING LOT OR AUTOMOBILE GARAGE, AFTER SUCH CAR HAS BEEN BROUGHT IN FOR STORAM, PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. Parking of an automobile upon the streets of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas by the operator or employee of a parking lot or automobile garage, after such car has been brought in for storage, is hereby prohibited. SECTION 2. Any person operating a parking lot or any person employed at a parking lot, or the operator or employee of an automobile garage in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, parking an automobile upon the streets of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas in violation of the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor; and upon conviction shall be fined not less than Ten ($10.00) Dollars nor more than Twenty -Five ($25.00) Dollars for such violation. SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
