ORDINANCE NO. 9769
AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING S. P. DIXON AS SUCCESSOR
TO HAL SMITH AS CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSIONER OF THE
LITTLE ROCK CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That S. P. Dixon is appointed Civil Service
Commissioner of the Little Rock Civil Service Commission to
replace Hal Smith, who resigned and whose term expires the
first Monday in April, 1957•
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
