ORDINANCE NO. 9771
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING A CHARGE OF $25.00 FOR EACH
APPLICATION FOR A REVIEW FIND WITH THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENTS; PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT OF SAID
$25.00 TO THE CITY COLLECTORS OFFICE AND THE FIL-
ING OF RECEIPT FOR SAID MONEY WITH THE APPLICATION
FOR A REVIEW; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That a charge of Twenty -Five ($25.00) Dollars
shall be made for all applications filed before the Board of
Adjustment# for a review.`'
SECTION 2. That the said - $25.00 shall be paid to the
City Collector's Office, for which a receipt shall be issued
stating the purpose of the payf ent. This receipt must be filed
with the application for a review with the Board of Adjustment
as evidence of payment of said fee.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
