AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND EMPLOY
AN ARCHITECT TO PREPARE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR A GARAGE TO BE USED AT THE CITY MATERIAL YARD ON
WEST 7TH STREET, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and em-
ploy an Architect to prepare drawings and specifications for a
Garage to be used at the City Material Yard on West 7th Street,
Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
