AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE AUTOMOBILE FOR USE IN THE MILK & DAIRY DE-
PARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT A SUM NOT TO
EXCEED $800.00, PLUS TRADE -IN EQUIPMENT, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to adveftise, take bids for, and pur-
chase one Automobile for use in the Milk & Dairy Department
of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the purchase price of said Automobile
shall not exceed the sum of Eight Hundred ($800.00) Dollars,
plus trade -in of a 1953 Chevrolet Coupe, (X49), Motor No.
LAA,622,007, Serial No. A53S100250, belonging to the City of
Little Rock.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
