SECTION le That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorised
An o �tdvertisep take bids for., and hire an architect, to, draws:
plans and supervise the building of the City Light Plant.
SECTION 2. The fee for said architect shall be paid from the City
of Little Rock General Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed,, and this, ordinance shall be in full force
and effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
