AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND LEASE THE R.EFRESIDWT
STANDS IN BO),E PARK AND MacARTHUR PARK FOR 1955, AND FOR OTiM
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise, take bids and lease the refreshment stands
in Boyle Park and MacArthur Park for operation through December 31, 1955.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance will be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
