AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING THE EAST J OF
SANTA FE AVENUE IN BLOCK LO AND THE EAST J OF ARKANSAS
AVENUE BLOCK 13, BRACKS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND ORDERING A COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE
FILED WITH THE CIRCUIT CLERK.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the City
Council of the City of Little Rock, on %*W-'

Aori' ail of;' the XaIa- .� of Santa Fe 'Avenue In,
Block 10 and all of the East z of Arkansas Avenue'in
Block 13, Bracks Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, starting in the middle of the North and South
alley, projecting East to South Tyler Street, as designated
on the Plat of the Bracks Addition, to said City now
appearing of record in Plat Book 1 , Page 166 in the
office of the Recorder of.Pulaski County, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the
City Council has, at the time and place mentioned in the
notice heard all persons desiring to be heard on the aues-
tion and has ascertained, that the said streets, here-in-
before described, has heretofore been dedicated to public
use as a street, has not been actively used by the public
generally for a period of at least five years subsequent
to the filing of the plat; that all of the property abutting
upon said portion of said streets to be vacated is owned by
four persons and said owners have filed with the Council
their written consent to aaid abandonment and has signed
the petition for said abandonment, and that the public
interest and
welfare
will not be adversely affected by, the
abar o' i' ient
of said
streets.
Now, Therefore, Be It Ordained by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:.
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby
releases, vacates, and abandons all its rights, together
with the rights of the public generally in and to the
following stkeets:1n the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,

SECTION 2. A copy of this ordinance duly certified
by the City Clerk of thbs City shall be filed in the office
of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, and recorded
in the deed records of said county.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
