AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE 500 BALES OF JOHNSON GRASS HAY FOR USE OF THE
ZOO OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT A SUM NOT TO EXCEED
$450.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase 500 Bales of Johnson Grass Hay for use of the Zoo of the
City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Hay shall not exceed
the sum of Four Hundred Fifty ($450.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
