AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE ONE ONE -TON WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER FOR USE OF
THE FIRE ALARM OFFICE OF THE LITTLE ROCK FIRE DEPART-
MENT AT A SUM NOT TO EXCEED $375.00, TO BE PAID FROM
THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase One One -Ton Window Air Conditioner for use of the Fire
Alarm Office of the Little Rock Fire Department.
SECTION 2. That the purchase price of said Window Air
Conditioner shall not exceed the sum of Three Hundred Seventy-
Five ($375.00) Dollars, said sum to be paid from the Fire De-
partment Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
