AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE EAST 88.5 FEET OF LOTS ONE (1), TWO
(2), AND THREE (3), BLOCK TWENTY (20), FULTON'S ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS)AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the East 88.5 feet of Lots One (1), Two (2), Three
(3), Block Twenty (20)0 Fulton's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, being 209 West 22nd Street, heretofore classified and zoned as
"C" Two Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5/,20, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in
"D" Apartment District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto at-
tached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the reclassi-
fication and rezoning of the said East 88.5 feet of Lots One (1), Two (2),
Three (3), Block Twenty (20), Fulton's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "D" Apartment District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
