ORDINANCE NO. 5825
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT ELEVEN (11), BLOCK FIVE
(5), PLUNKETT'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot Eleven (11), Block Five (5), Plunkett's Second
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 104 Summit Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two- Family District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lot Eleven (11), Block Five (5),
Plunkett's Second Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as out-
lined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classi-
fied as being in the "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
