Teo. 607 of THE CITY of LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, parties claiming to be the ov.ners of more than
two - thirds in assessed value of the real property located within
the territory hereinafter described have filed a petition prating
that an improvement district be established for the purposes
hereinafter set out; and
WHEREAS, after due notice as required by law, the City
Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has heard all parties
desiring to be heard, and has ascertained that said petition was
signed b -* niore than two- thirds in assessed value of the owners of
real property within said territory;
ITOYt, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Section 1. There is hereby established an improvement
district embracing the following property in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, to�wit;
Lots 4 to 9, inclusive, of Blocks 2, 3 and 4;
Lots 1, 2, 3, and Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, of Block 5;
Lots 1, 21 3, 10, 11 and 12 of Block 6 and 7;
Lots 6 to 10, inclusive, of Block 12;
Lots 4 to 9, inclusive, of Block 13;
Lots 4 to 7, inclusive, and the South half of
Lots 3 to 8 of Blocks 14 and 15;
All in T Toll enberg Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas;
Lots 4, 5 and 6, and South half of Lot 3 of
Henry V. Thompson's Resubdivision of Lots
1- 2- 3- 10 -11 -12 of Block 13 of Fountain Park
Land Company Subdivision of Block 13 of Hollenberg
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, and Lots 16 to 20, inclusive,
of Blocks 2, 39 4, 5, 6 and 7;
Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, of Block 8;
All in Lincoln Park Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas;
All that part of the 11VIZ1 S`il4 of Section 31, Township
2 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, lying
South of "K" Street, north of "H" Street, east of
Hayes Street and west of Fillmore Street;
for the purpose of paving, in such a manner and with such materials
as the commissioners to be elected for the said improvement district
shall deem to be for the best interest of said district, the following
parts of the following streets in the City of Little Hock, Arkansas,
to -wit;
"H" Street from the east line of Hayes Street to the
west line of Tyler Street;

"K" Street from the east line of Fillmore Street
to the west line of Tyler Street;
Fillmore Street from the south line of 11K" Street
to the north line of "H" Street;
and that the cost thereof, over and above any aid received from any
agency of the federal or city government, be assessed and charged
upon the real property above described, provided the liability of
each lot or tract of land shall be limited to its assessed benefits.
Said District shall be known as Street Improvement District
??o. 607 and John L. Lipsmeyer, Pat Iuddleston and Peyton E.
Rice are hereby named commissioners, who shall compose the Board
of Improvement for said District.
Section 2r This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
