AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND ENTER
INTO.A CONTRACT FOR THE REPAIR OF LITTLE ROCK POLICE
AUTOMOBILE #15 AT A PRICE NOT TO EXCEED $350.00, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
1 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and enter
into a contract for the repair of Little Rook Police Autontobilo
#15.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said repair shall not exceed
the sum of Three Hundred F if ty ($350.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect. from and after its passage
and approval.
