AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS
FOR THE Ii'BPXIR OF ONE KB -8 INTERNATIONAL MOTOR AND
CHASSIS, AND APPIUPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,500.00
OUT OF THE GENERAL FUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION./. That the Board of Public Affairs 5is hereby requested
to advertise$ and take bids for the repair of one KB -8 International truck
motor and chassis used in the Sanitation Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of repairing said truck shall not
exceed the sum of Fifteen Hundred ($1500.00) Dollars, said sum to be
appropriated out of the General Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this : ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
