ORDINANCE NO. 9981
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,683.30 FROM THE HIGHWAY
CONSTRUCTION FUND; 1,133.75 FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
CONSTRUCTION FUND; 3,329.50 FROM THE GARBAGE PLANT
CONSTRUCTION FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $2,673.3O
from the Highway Construction Fund, $1,133.75 from the Fire Department
Construction Fund, and $3,329.50 from the Garbage Plant Construction
Fund, for the payment of the following to -wit:
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Conner, Baldwin & Farris
Mark G. Garver
Joseph H. Kirchner, Jr.
Dave E. Witt
FIRE DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Fire Appliance & Safety Company
GARBAGE PLANT CONSTRUCTION FUND:
Little Rock Road Machinery Company

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City's warrants to the parties named, in the
amounts mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
