ORDINANCE NO. 9973
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS FOUR (4) AND FIVE (5), BLOCK
ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE (163), ORIGINAL CITY, LOTS ONE (1),
TWO, (2) THREE (3), THE NORTH 33t OF LOT FOUR (4), AND THE
WEST 70' OF LOT TWELVE (12), BLOCK FOUR HUNDRED FIFTEEN (415),
DUVAL'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE FO CK, ARKANSAS; AMEND-
ING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Four (4) and Five . (:5y�:'.Blooek - One - hundred. sixty-
three (163), Original City, Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), the north
33' of Lot Four (4), and the west 701 of Lot Twelve (12), Block Four
hundred fifteen (415), Duval Is Addition, being 1715, 1719 Scott Street,
1805
1801, 1803 /Scott Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence
and "C" Two - Family Districts under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No.
5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared
to be in "H" Business District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lots Four (4) and Five (5),
Block One hundred sixty -three (163), Original City, Lots One (1), Two
(2), Three (3), the north 33' of Lot Four (4), and the west 70' of Lot
Twelve (12), Block Four hundred fifteen (415), Duval's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "H"
Business District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
