AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE'BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR; AND PUR-
CHASE ONE STREET GRADER FOR USE OF THE STRLOET DEPART-
MENT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $17,000.00, INCLUDING
TRADE -IN OF ONE ALLIS CHALMERS STREET GRADER' MODEL
NO. AD40, LICENSE NO. X -55 OWNED BY THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase one Street Grader for use of the Street Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Street Grader shall not
exceed the sum of Seventeen Thousand ($17,000.00) Dollars,
including trade -in of one Allis Chalmers Street Grader, Model
No. AD40, License No. X -55 owned by the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
