AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2369898.00 FROM THE HIGHWAY
CONSTRUCTION FUND; $1,122.50 FROM THE GOLF CLUB CONSTRUC-
TION FUND; $12,556.50 FROM THE GARBAGE PLANT CONSTRUCTION
FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKJN SAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of
$236,898.00 from the Highway Construction Fund, $1,122.50 from the
Golf Club Construction Fund, and $12,556.50 from the Garbage Plant
Construction Fund, for the payment of the following, to -wit:
HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION FUND:

SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the City's warrants to the parties na*ed, in the
amounts mentioned and drawn upon the funds as noted in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
