ORDINANCE N0. 9934
AN ORDINANCE CREATING TEMPORARY POSITIONS AT
REBSAMEN PARK GOLF COURSE, FIXING SALARIES FOR
SAME, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following positions are hereby created
at the Rebsamen Park Golf Course for a period not to exceed
six (6) months:—
3 Greenskeepers ® $7.00 per day
1 Clerk— Cashier ® $7.50 per day
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and unless provisions of
this ordinance are put into effect immediately, the public peace,
health and safety of the citizens of the City of Little Rock will
be adversely affected; therefore, an emergency is hereby declared
to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
