AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE BUNKER CLOTHES AND HELMETS, CONSISTING OF 31
COATS, 33 TROUSERS AND 42 HELMETS, FOR THE LITTLE
ROCK FIRE DEPARTMENT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $2,200.00,
SAID SUM TO BE PAID FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT ffiffl' a CONSTRUCTION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase Bunker Clothes and Helmets, consisting of 31 coats, 33
trousers and 42 helmets, for the Little Rock Fire Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Bunker Clothes and
Helmets shall not exceed the sum of Two Thousand Two Hundred
($2,200.00) Dollars, said sum to be paid from the Fire Depart-
ment X.Construction Fund.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
