AN ORDINANCE AUTHOB2 M AND STING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR,
AND PURCHASE ONE TRAILER TO BE USED BI THE SANITATION
DEPAMHE NT AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $4s000.00, SAID
SUN TO BE PAID FROM THE GARBAGE PLANT CONSTRUCTION
FUND.
BE IT ORi1AINBD BY THB CITY COUNCIL OF THB CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise' take bids tor, and purchase one trailer.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said trailer shall not succeed the
sun of Four Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars, said scam to be paid frcu the Garbage
Plant Construa tioa Fund.
SECTION 39 That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in fan force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
