AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS REMAINING
IN THE AUDITORIUM BOND FUND, WHICH WAS.THE SINKING FUND
FOR 2% MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM REFUNDING BONDS, TO THE LITTLE
ROCK AUDITORIUM COMMISSION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, in 1945 $433,000.00 of 2% Municipal Auditorium Re-
funding Bonds were issued; and
WHEREAS, after the payment of said Bonds, together with
interest thereon, there remains the sum of $1,500.10 in the Auditorium
Bond Fund; and
WHEREAS, the Pulaski Chancery Court has ordered said funds
transferred to the Little Rock Auditorium Commission for expenditure on
permanent improvements to the Little Rock Municipal Auditorium;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to transfer the balance of $19500.10, now remaining in the
Auditorium Bond Fund to the Little Rock Auditorium Commission for ex-
penditure on permanent improvements to the Municipal Auditorium building.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
