ORDINANCE NO. 9913
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PART OF SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 9815 To PROVIDE FOR ACCEPTING AND DEDICATING LAND
AND PARCELS OF IAND TO THE CI TY OF LZ TTLE ROCK, ARK-
ANSAS FOR PUBLIC USE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That part of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 9815,
describing Block 121, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Commencing at the Northwest corner of Block 1219 Original
City of Little Rock, Arkansas; thence South along the East
line of Arch Street a distance of 60.5 feet; thence on a
deflection angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes to the right a
distance of 8.6 feet to the beginning of a 121 degreo 54
minute 53 second degree curve, deflecting 90 degrees 00
minutes to the right to fix the tangent to the curve at
this point; thence Northeasterly along the 121 degree 54
minute 53 second curve to the right a distance of 28.87
feet to the East line of Arch Street and the point of be-
ginning; thence continuing Northeasterly along the 121
degree 54 minute 53 second curve to the right a distance
of 35,6 feet to the end of the curve; thence Northeasterly
in a straight line, tangent to the curve, a distance of
38 feet; thence on a deflection angle of 90 degrees 00
minutes to the left a distance of 2 feet; thence on a de-
fleation angle of 90 degrees 00 minutes to the right a
distance of 20 feet, more or less to the point Which is
84.9 feet East of the East dine of Arch Street and 1.1
feet South of the South line of Garland Avenue; thence
North to the point on the South line of Garland Avenue
which is 84.9 feet East of the East line of Arch Street;
thence West along the South line of Garland Avenue a
distance of 84.9 feet to the Northwest corner of Block 121;
thence South along the East line of Arch Street to the
point of beginning, containing 10002 square feet, more or
less."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
