AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION ONE OF ORDINANCE NO. 3939
BY INCREASING THE WIDTH OF WEST THIRD STREET BETWEEN CURBINGS,
FROM THE WEST BOUNDARY AT BROADWAY STREET TO THE EAST BOUNDARY
AT CROSS STREET TO FORTY SIX (46) FEET, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That Section One (1) of Ordinance 3939
be and the same is hereby amended by increasing the width of
West Third Street between curbings from the West boundary at
Broadway Street to the East boundary at Cross Street to Forty
Six (1r6) feet.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this Ordinance
shall be in force from and after the date of itts passage and
approval.
