ORDINANCE NO. 9910
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS ELEVEN (11) AND TWELVE
(12), BLOCK SIX (6), BUHLER'S NINTH ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF LITTLE RACK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12), Block Six
(6), Buhlerts Ninth Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being 4501 and 4503 West Twelfth Street, heretofore classified and
zoned as "C" Two - Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5/,20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51+20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification.and rezoning of said Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve
(12), Block Six (6), Buhler's Ninth Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to
be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial
District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinsn ce shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
