AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING BLOCK FOUR (4), DICKINSON MILL
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Block 1our- ;(4),, Dickinson Mill Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being property bounded by Cedar, 31st,
and Pine Streets and Missouri Pacific R. R. R/W, heretofore classified
and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "S" Light Industrial District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Block Four (4), Dickinson Mill
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "d" Light Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance &h all take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
