AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS SIX (6), SEVEN (7), EIGHT
(8), AND NINE (9), BLOCK THIRTEEN (13), FOREST HILL AD-
DITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE RACK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AM ANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), and Nine
(9), Block Thirteen (13), Forest Hill Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Aiken sas, being 4010, 4012, 4018 and 4022 West 12th Street and
1119 South Elm Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence
and "C" Two - Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the re-
classification and rezoning of the said Lots Six (6), Seven (7), Eight
(8), and Nine (9), Block Thirteen (13), Forest Hill Addition to the City,
of Little Rock, Arkan sas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial
District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
