AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR,AND FSTREET DEPARTMENT
PURCHASE ONE POTHER DRIVEN MOWING MACH AT A COST ,
NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.003 SAID SUM TO BE PAID FROM
THE ROAD AND /OR AUTO FUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase one power
driven mowing machine.
for use of the street department,
SECTION 2. That the cost of said mowing machine shall not exceed
the sum of Two Thousand (42,000.00) Dollars, said sum to be paid from the Road
and /or Auto Fund.
SECTIOY 3. That allordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and *I)his cr dinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
