AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE., TAKE
BIDS FOR REPAIR OF ONE K -12 DTSLEY DRAGLINE
AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $1 ,9200.00,9 AND TO BE
PAID FOR OUT OF GARBAGE PLANT CONSTRUCTION
FUND; AND FOR OTHER PUSPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK., ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise$ take bids f~br the repair of one K -12 Insley Drag-
line for the Sanitation Department. The price not to exceed $1)200.00,9 and
to be paid for out of the Garbage J0tWWt)0= Plant Construction
Fund.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed$ and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
